PREORDERS

Due to the fact that we are a small business, NYOSI mainly sells on a pre-order basis. All pre-ordered items take a period of 10-30 days for completion, depending on the garment or volume of orders the studio is experiencing. Although this may seem like a long time, we always want to ensure you get the BEST quality garments from us.

 

PAYMENT

Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover) via PayPal and PayStack.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

No refunds on items purchased. Exchange only on full priced items which are returned in an unworn, unwashed condition no later than 14 days after receipt of your package, with the shopping labels intact.

All sales on sale/discounted merchandise and sample sale items are final sale. Items in the sample sale may be damaged or stained.

Nyosi is not responsible for the shipping costs and custom duties on any returned items. We hold the right to deny exchanges if the returned merchandise does not fulfil all our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING

All Nyosi deliveries are shipped via DHL (domestic and international) excluding and will require a signature/acknowledgement of receipt upon acceptance by the customer/recipient.

Customers who spend over N225,000 (£300/$400) qualify for free shipping (locally and internationally).

For orders in Lagos, deliveries will occur 1-3 upon completion of the garment production.

For orders outside Lagos, deliveries will occur within 1-7 days upon competition of the garment production.

For international orders, kindly ensure that the proper address (and phone number) is entered. Kindly note that Nyosi is not liable to for custom fees or charges in the respective countries. Should the customer not receive the package, DHL will return the package to the sender “Nyosi” and the return fee will be deducted accordingly before a refund is issued to the customer.
